A conversation built around your country

International development takes more than translating a menu. We review the proposed operating team, restaurant format, real estate, supplier access, imports and local compliance before determining a development path.

  • Culinary training and recipe standards
  • Supply-chain and ingredient planning
  • Restaurant format and site evaluation
  • Local marketing and opening preparation

Support scope, responsibilities and delivery arrangements must be confirmed in the applicable disclosure documents and agreements.

International FAQ

Before you inquire

Is my country available?

Country listings are invitations to inquire, not promises of availability. Franchise Development must confirm territory status and evaluate your proposal.

What does an international franchise cost?

Costs and fees vary by country, restaurant format and development scope. Property, construction, equipment, taxes, imports and supply-chain needs affect the total. Obtain country-specific terms rather than applying U.S. figures to your proposal.

Can I develop multiple restaurants?

Russo's reviews qualified multi-unit and area-development groups. Capital, operating capacity, site pipeline and development obligations are evaluated before terms are agreed.

Do the U.S. Item 19 figures apply internationally?

No. They describe a defined group of U.S. franchised stores and do not represent international sales, profit or expected results.

What should I prepare for the first call?

Your intended country and city, team background, proposed development scope, capital plan and timeline. Share any real estate or supplier considerations you already know.
