Longtime Franchise Partner Launches New Interior Prototype and Menu Items in Pearland Town Center

PEARLAND, TX  – Russo’s New York Pizzeria, the only authentic New York-style, Italian restaurant and pizzeria franchise concept, is now open at Pearland Town Center. The Pearland location adds to the brand’s growing momentum of 47 locations located both domestically and internationally.

“Opening a Russo’s in Pearland just made sense for myself and the brand. I frequent this area and realized we didn’t have a restaurant that compares to our authentic New York-style pizza & Italian kitchen,” said Sam Farouz, franchise owner of both the new Pearland location and the Marq-E Entertainment Complex off Interstate 10. “Every dish on our menu – whether its pizza or pasta – is handcrafted and made with fresh, high quality ingredients. We’re honored to bring the Russo’s difference to Pearland.”

Blending the simplicity of a pizzeria with the freshness of an upscale Italian restaurant, Russo’s delivers a chef-driven dining experience in a fast-casual setting. At 2,900 square-feet, the Pearland location presents a new and unique interior layout that features an open-kitchen anchored by an impressive brick oven at the entrance that can cook up to 16 pizzas at one time. Russo’s opened on July 16, and welcomes the Pearland community to the ceremonial ribbon cutting and official grand opening event on Thursday, September 6 at 10:30 a.m. Russo’s will be celebrating the momentous day by offering the community a free one-topping giant slice of pizza from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 6 and Friday, September 7 (limit one per customer, dine-in and take out only, additional toppings extra).

Following the family mantra “If it isn’t fresh, don’t serve it!” Russo’s delivers an expansive menu that blends generations of family recipes with fresh, seasonal ingredients and authentic Italian imports like Pecorino Romano cheese from Emilia Romagna, Italy; aged-balsamic vinegar from a centuries-old vineyard in Italy; and extra virgin olive oil from Partanna, Italy.

Russo’s is passionate about menu innovation. The Pearland location is proud to introduce new menu items that are perfectly crafted to showcase fresh, high-quality ingredients, highlighting Chef Russo’s commitment to imaginative new tastes. New menu items include the new Cauliflower Fritti, Truffle Mushroom Ravioli, Prosciutto & Fig Pizza, and the Roasted Cauliflower and Pancetta Pizza.

Russo’s New York Pizzeria in Pearland is located at 11200 Broadway, Suite #635 within the Pearland Town Center.
